Honey Gold Plastic Emulsion

Scope

Honey Gold plastic emulsion is a top quality emulsion with improved coverage and finish. It is ideal for walls, ceilings, old and new cement concrete plaster, chipboard and hard board. Honey Gold plastic emulsion is a tough and long-lasting paint with smooth and flat finish. It has better stain resistant properties and good wash ability. It has been specially formulated for use on interior surfaces.

Uses

Honey Gold plastic emulsion is used for all normal interior masonry surfaces including brickwork, plaster, cement and wallboard.

Surface Preparation

New, bare, old or previously painted surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust or wax. Clean the surface by rubbing down with abrasive paper. Brush down previously painted surface completely and make the surface smooth. For large holes and cracks, use plaster of paris or white cement. Allow to dry. Apply Honey Gold interior primer in order to seal the surface from water and salts. Allow surface to dry completely. Then apply Honey Gold super filler and allow to dry. Rub down the surface with abrasive paper and dust off. Now the surface will be smooth and ready for Honey Gold plastic emulsion to be applied. Stir the paint thoroughly before use.

Application Procedure

Application Method: Spray (airless or conventional), Brush, Roller.

Thinner / Cleaner: Clean water

Application Procedure (For Dark Shades)

Use Roller Only

Drying Time

Temperature: 25 °C - 35 °C

Dry to touch: 30 minutes - 15 minutes

Dry to handle: 2 hours - 1 hours

Recoating Time: 2 hours - 3 hours

Coverage

One litre covers approximatley 12-16 sq. meter per coat. Coverage may vary depending on nature of surface, application technique and film thickness applied.

This Product is available in 0.91 Litres 4 Litres and 16 Litres packs.
